1. Services

Noble Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services as described on our website or service menu. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or vehicle conditions beyond our scope.

2. Appointment Requirements

• All appointments must be booked at least 1 hour in advance.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

3. Vehicle Condition

• Vehicles must be in a reasonably clean condition prior to service.
• Excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, or hazardous materials may result in additional charges.
• Noble Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, stains, or wear.

4. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Pet hair removal
• Heavy stains or odor removal
• Excessive dirt, mud, or debris
• Special requests outside our standard packages

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care in handling your vehicle, Noble Detailing is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from pre-existing conditions, aftermarket modifications, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

6. Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service so we can address the issue. After this period, we cannot guarantee adjustments or corrections.

8. Weather Policy

For mobile detailing services, inclement weather may require rescheduling to ensure the best results and safety for both the vehicle and our team.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Photo & Media Release

By booking a service with Noble Detailing, you grant us permission to take and use photographs or videos of your vehicle, including before and after images, for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes posting images on our website, social media channels, or other promotional materials. You agree that these images may be used without further notice or compensation to you. If you have any concerns regarding this policy, please contact us before your appointment.

11. Changes to Terms

Noble Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
